ENG: The brief for this project was to design a logo for a start-up company in the Republic of Benin, West Africa. It was important to consider how the logo would work both in colour and black and white. For my response to this brief, I illustrated a chameleon and made its tail a part of the name. In the briefing, it was mentioned how movement is important, which I tried to include with the typeface choice. For the colour palette, I chose colours from one of the pattern examples that was shown in the briefing.
Overall, I absolutely loved this project. I enjoyed using bright and fun colours and having a chance to include my illustration in the logo once again, and I am very proud and happy with my outcome.
CRO: Zadatak za ovaj projekt bio je osmisliti logotip za start-up tvrtku u Republici Benin, zapadna Afrika. Bilo je važno razmotriti kako će logotip funkcionirati u boji, ali i u crno-bijeloj varijanti. Kao odgovor na zadatak, ilustrirala sam kameleona i njegov rep uklopila u naziv brenda. U briefu je spomenuto kako je pokret važan element, što sam pokušala prikazati i kroz odabir tipografije. Za paletu boja odabrala sam nijanse iz jednog od uzoraka koji su bili prikazani u briefu.
Sve u svemu, apsolutno sam uživala u ovom projektu. Bilo mi je jako zabavno koristiti vedre i razigrane boje, a posebno mi je drago što sam ponovno imala priliku uključiti svoju ilustraciju u logotip. Jako sam ponosna i zadovoljna konačnim rezultatom!
